In the least surprising story of the day, it turns out that Alex Jones is fake news.

Because they have to be escaped into the HTML entity for quotation marks before they can be put into whatever database the boards use, otherwise stray quotation marks could screw with a lot of things in post saving and retrieval.

Same thing goes for the ampersand and probably other characters as well.

There's a long circulated conspiracy theory that Alex Jones is a CIA plant. If the CIA needs someone or something discredited, they leak it to him. The rumors about NSA surveillance that were around before the Snowden bombshell were a favorite topic for Jones. I remember a fake CIA badge with Alex Jones's picture on it making the rounds on the Internet.

Person writing the article clearly has no bias....haha gimme a break.

Of course Jones is a performer, he has said that many times. Unfortunately where the liberal logic breaks down is that him being a performer immediately means everything he says is fake. Seriously?

He wouldnt have been on the air this long if he just calmy read through news. Anyone knowing a thing or two about custody battles knows they are dirty and ugly.

The wife's "examples" of him being erratic or whatever is that he said he wants to fight Alec Baldwin and talked trash to Shifly on air......

God I am getting sick of how dumb and gullible so called liberals are. Use some common sense here people.

'Common sense' is that a raving lunatic who screams conspiracy theories and promoted a baseless notion of a man running a pedophile ring in his restaurant's non-existent basement (putting said man in danger) might not be mentally sound.

Jones has a history of insanity here. He's the one who sent an idiot goon to scream "false flag' at a Sandy Hook press conference when the community was still reeling from the loss of the children.

OMG, cheese pizza! That well known code that doesn't actually apply to the delicious Italian pie. We all know cheese pizzas means "human trafficking ring" and it's not an invention of idiotic fever dreams from sad little men.

Jones nver said Sandy hook was 'fake!' He only said, and I quote:

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper reported on the shooting “using a green screen,” which you can tell because “his nose disappears”;

there is footage of “the kids going in circles back into the buildings” after the shooting;

the Sandy Hook school “was closed years before” the shooting;

"no emergency helicopters were launched” to respond to the shooting; and

“weird videos of reported parents of kids laughing and then all of a sudden they do the hyperventilating to cry to go on TV” reveal that the parents were actors.

In the lunatic's own words:I’m attacked by the folks that say nothing happened for saying yes, Anderson Cooper is using a green screen, his nose disappears. Yes, they have the kids going in circles back into the buildings. Yes, the building was closed years before. Yes, it was filthy. Yes, no emergency helicopters were launched. Yes, they’re sealing the death certificates and everything. Yes, I even know FBI agents that say they think it’s suspicious.

Hey, he's Just Asking Questions, man!

But, it was pre-Trump, so it's nigh-impossible to find now (most Beck queries lead to things about Trump). I tried looking, but I cannot for the life of me remember the media.

Anyways...I don't think anyone is going to deny pedophile rings, pedophiles, etc. exist. They do. A well-known British entertainer was revealed to be a predator who molested dozens, perhaps hundreds, of children after he died and there was something of a coverup from the BBC. There's the obvious conspiracy of silence in the Catholic church. A beloved football coach at Penn State was found to be molesting children for forty plus years with high-up figures in the university turning a blind eye because, hey, football, son!

Here's the big difference between that and Pizzagate: evidence. In many instances when pedophile rings are busted or found out, there are inevitably victims who come forward or attempt to come forward, people trying to blow the whistle who have witnessed it, evidence.

Pizzagate's 'evidence' is a few yahoos online and in the fringe echo chambers desperately trying to spin things so discussions on pizza are a secret code, and hastily cobbled-together 'evidence' is somehow proof of a conspiracy. What DON'T we have?

We don't have victims. Nobody has alleged Mr. Alefantis has subjected them to abuse. Nobody has alleged he's subjected their kids to abuse. Throughout all of this, nobody can point to a single, concrete instance of Alefantis doing literally ANYTHING beyond sharing instagram photos people took of kids at his restaurant and a fashion magazine once calling him a 'powerful man in Washington' because his ex-boyfriend is a major strategist. That's it. That's all.

It's about as credible as me saying "well, murders happen all the time...ergo, Alex Jones probably killed someone and got away with it!"

It's just unfortunate that food plays such a big part in their lives that they have to email each other in an awkward, middle schoolish manner that's a beyond obvious cover, and that it happens to match some code language used by pedophiles on the dark web.

He didnt promote anything about that pizza place. There is a pedofile ring, clearly. Pizza gate has nothing to do with that pizza place, but the code language used in Podestas e-mails including terms like "cheese pizza". Media spun it to be about pizza place for people like you who wouldnt do their research.

And he actually never said sandy hook was fake, a guest he had on did. He agreed is looked wierd and more investigation needed to be done.

This is what the talking points have become after the pizzagaters have made fools of themselves time and again, that they were NEVER saying Alefantis had anything to do with it (or, at least, that his pizza place didn't) even though they made such a big deal about it at the time that it's now hilarious to see them claim they never said what they said. People made fun of them, and rightly so, for claiming there was a chamber in the basement of Comet Pizza where children were raped, tortured, and murdered. This was the story behind why no kids came forward, because they killed them all. Come to find out that the pizza place doesn't even have a basement.

I mean, here's video footage of pizzagaters asking him questions and making very nasty implications about his business in particular. What is your excuse for this? These are all paid actors out to make pizzagate conspiracy theorists look bad?

At 5:19 Alefantis is giving the person recording a tour to show him there isn't anything weird going on. This place is basically a lower budget version of Chuck E. Cheese and those kind of places, and when Alefantis says "this is the kid's party room," the pizzagater gives the camera a look like it's the most nefarious thing he ever heard.

These people were pushing the narrative that Comet Pizza, in particular, was a chamber of horrors, that's why that man showed up there and started firing off the gun, under the pretext of saving the kids. Of course, all he managed to do was to terrify the kids who were there, who were only being abused by HIM by being put in fear of their lives by what he was doing.

Alex Jones did throw fuel onto this fire and that's why he made it a point to publicly apologize and try to distance himself from the whole thing because he had to do that within a certain deadline or else there would have been much more severe measures taken against him if Alefantis took legal action against his slander and libel.

Having said all that, anyone can say "there is a pedophile ring" and likely be right at any given time. There is an infamous one on the Deep Web that authorities keep tabs on.

Except what pizzagaters do is say, "there is a pedophile ring, therefore Hillary Clinton is a part of it because my tea leaves told me so, therefore we should arrest her and lock her up for life."

You are reading what you want to read into those emails because you have a fascist desire to lock up political opponents on the flimsiest of evidence (more like no evidence at all, really), and whenever anything about that "evidence" gets debunked, you just deny, deny, deny that pizzagaters were ever saying it in the first place even when there is proof to the contrary and everyone remembers them saying these things.

I'd like to point out that the Pizzagate conspiracy theory (which tied in with Spirit Cooking, BTW) is an old conspiracy trope from the 80's-- secret Satanic pedophile cabals at high levels of government. They engage in Satanic Ritual Abuse to fuel their black magick to bless their campaigns/political endeavors, curse their opponents, and usher in the Antichrist. As to what "Satanic Ritual Abuse" is, it generally entails mock crucifixions/blood libel and/or kiddie diddling. The suffering of the innocent victims fuels the black magick.

(the mock crucifixion/black mass/blood libel thing usually entails hanging or nailing a child or infant upside down to a crucifix, draining it of its blood into a chalice, then passing the chalice around the room for everyone to take a sip from. Mock crucifixion/blood libel is actually a much older conspiracy trope that goes back centuries, and basically involved any group that the xenophobic, backwards Europeans didn't like. Blood libel against the Jews was the most common and well-known, but anyone suspected of some form of paganism was accused of it as well. Also, any time a child went missing, was murdered, or a child's body turned up somewhere, everyone thought that it was a victim of Satanic ritual abuse, and lynch mobs would sweep through town and vandalize/lynch/beat any Jews, Roma/Gypsies, and foreigners they encountered.)

Ken Ham, aka "Dr Dino", sold amygdalin (quacks claim it is a cancer cure-- it's a toxic substance extracted from the kernels of stonefruits. The only actual medical use that apricot kernels have is as a skin moisturizer, but that comes from the oils in the kernel, and not the amygdalin. Also, you could get the same result from other plant oils. Hell, you could buy a jar of palm oil and get the same result, and at a cheaper price without all of the additives found in hand lotion.)

"John Podesta has a weird painting of a cannibal on his wall, this is proof he eats children!" Like he's the witch from Hansel and Gretel.

It's almost a situation where he has to choose between his kids or his show.

actually if he chooses his kids over his show then he looses his show looses his income and wont be able to get custody of his kids

he chooses his show over his kids people will see him for the scum he is his show will tank he looses his income

      so yea he is screwed

Bulls***,. Your claim works with any other demographic, but this is the conspiracy crowd. They will pull something out of their ass to explain away why Jones was not actually given a choice-- most likely, that the feds would kill his kids unless he sacrificed custody.

These are the same people who take a quote from a famous person out of context as a statement that validates their conspiracy theories. Then, when said person later clarifies that no, that was NOT what they meant... said conspiracists will then go "well, he had to say that, because THEY threatened him/his family if he didn't recant"

I heard Jones just uses his radio show to hawk his vitamins. It's all a scam.

Does any radio station actually carry him? I don't think so.

Interestingly, I have noticed a common theme of conspiracy theorists selling vitamin/herbal supplements/snake oils on their website.

I think you're really confused. We are talking about Alex Jones, the cult personality who peddles flaccid conspiracy theories and who was forced to admit in court that he is a total fraud. This has nothing to do with the alleged gullibility of so-called liberals.

The best part about Pizzagate is that they can't even get the name of the pizzeria right.
Conspiracy theorists, even fake ones like Jones, can't even get the most basic of things correct.

Anyway, Trump thinks wrestling is real so I'm not surprised he thinks Jones is too.
